I have the idea and design for an aid for dog owners that I know could be a best seller but I cant find anyone to take the idea up without me spending money which I dont have.Any ideas?

Dragons Den. Make sure you get your pitch right. Go to an established pet shop or something. Get your gadgets patented and a retailer may come along.
