Never-they were there my whole pregnancy...LOL! I once cried because my husband was going to work when I was 7 months pregnant...
Oh- and I cried because I felt like my house was really stink(although I was the ONLY ONE who smelled it) and I kept cleaning and scrubbing everything down, but the smell was still there...I bawled for several days on that one-I was 9 months at the time...

often hormones level out a bit by 12 weeks BUT THEY COME BACK in the last trimester again and once the baby is born for a few weeks you get very emotional. The answer honestly NEVER your life is going to always be changed from the day you become mom!. You'll get over emotional over the 1st smile 1st step starting school exc. Some women are overly emotional the whole pregnancy.

Haha.. if only they went away at 10 weeks! I am 33 weeks and still find myself going psycho at times. Crying at random moments, flying into a fit of rage over something stupid, and then being really happy the next day. I don't think they will go away until MONTHS AFTER you have had the baby.... then you will just have your more "regular" emotions and not the "pregnancy horomone" emotions.

i'm probable going to get rated down for this... i truly do not care. i don't understand in case you recommend like a leisure drug or some thing like that. except antidepressants i do not imagine there's a pill that may do away with your thoughts. you're fifteen. It sucks. i understand. Been there, performed that, might want to not in any respect do it again. To be cliche, it shapes who you'd be. you're hormonal and looking out who you're. that's heavily a not elementary time. Your body hasn't complete developed yet so that you do not favor antidepressants. I do, even with the indisputable fact that, position self assurance in them. If later in existence you nevertheless sense this kind then provide them a shot. attempt therapy first or looking a interest you're truly good at. that is option drugs so individuals are going to allow you to understand that some thing that could no longer option received't paintings and that some thing pondering mainstream drugs is poor for you. i develop into on antidepressants for years. They helped me fairly. i develop into seriously depressed. it is going to likely be o.k. :)

It varies for each and every pregnancy......Go get a book called " what to expect when you are expecting" by Heidi Murkoff. It's the pregnancy bible and will help with all these questions. I refer to it almost daily right now and I am due Feb 2, 2007. Your question as well as many others that you would not expect is in there. It's excellent in describing all of these little things that worry moms and help distinguish when something is "normal" or not.
Good Luck!

Mine actually KICKED IN around 10 weeks but it was not mood swings, it was pure euphoria up until the 3rd trimester. I was happy happy happy and nothing could stress me out or worry me. Third trimester I suddenly became very depressed and anxious all the time and cried almost nonstop and didn't quit until the baby was about 8 months old.

I've got no direct experience of this but my wife is not the woman she was before she fell pregnant for the first time.
Her emotional responses cranked up several notches and I think it'll stay that way forever. She's not as crotchety as she was when preggers but she's certainly living for more than just me and her now.
You're in this for as long as you'll know your child so I'd say, always.

emotions never go away especially when your pregnant, anyway this is a lovely time in your life,, why try to get rid of emotions? they will be up and down and round and round, Topsy turfy at this moment in your life, enjoy, you should only be feeling good and warm feel emotions at this time, , not even going into post natal emotions with you just yet,, save that for another time ,,

the day that your emotions go away is on your final day on this earth.
emotions while you're pregnant is only the beginning... you have the birth to experience, your babys first word, the first step, the first i love you mommy, the first day of school, etc. you are on a journey of a wonderful experience that you will have the rest of your life & pregnancy is only the beginning

I believe you are going to be emotional for the rest of your pregnancy all through breastfeeding(if is an option) until your body is not producing milk. Your hormones are going to be working overtime. Good Luck
