Yes the male Oomigoolie bird has the largest penis and associated tackle in the bird kingdom.
Its name is derived from the sound it makes on landing.

James is right...only some birds have a penis. The largest group of birds (passerines) do not have a penis....just a cloaca. The male presses his cloaca against the females and transfers sperm this way. This is referred to as a "cloacal kiss" and is how they can mate without a penis.

Nope. Both males and females have a cloaca, one opening for everything. When birds male, the male mounts the female and the goal is for the cloacas to meet and to transfer the sperm to the female. For birds, the only way to tell the difference between sexes is 1. sexual dimorphism (males and females have different coloring or 2. sexual monomorphism (where they look the same, scientists have to surgically determine sex!)

Only birds from Paleognathae family (flightless ones such as emus, ostriches and kiwis) and Anatidae (waterfowls such as ducks, geese and swans) are birds that possess a penis.

Other birds don't (and to be honest I have no idea how they reproduce).

No birds of both sexes reproduce through the cloaca, which, interestingly,is also how reptiles reproduce.

No they have a cloaca. (This serves as an exit for everything at that end!) That is why they struggle so much mating as they have to get the orifices together.
