Yes, my Drake was extremely well hung for his size, but you only ever saw it after he had copulated with one of his ducks, or the goose if he was feeling lucky. They are normally held within the body. Males in a few species, including most waterfowl & ostriches, have an intromittent organ (penis); most other male birds do not . For most birds, copulation involves a 'cloacal kiss', with the male on the female's back & twisting his tail under the female's to deliver sperm.

The answer is yes but not in all cases. If you click on the link below, you'd be grossed out. The longest bird c0ck is 42.5 cm - which is about 16 inches. That's longer than most men out there. How it flies around with that massive worm is beyond me.
