I'm always flipping my pillow looking for the cool side. Is there a pillow made that stays cool? If so where might I be able to purchase one. I don't know which category to put this under so I figure why not Beauty & Style, as in beauty sleep.

Try one of those foam memory pillows. Or possibly try a different pillow case. Something made of not cotton. I have a certain set of sheets that are fairly cool.

There is something you can but at the Discovery Store called a "Chillow". It is a pad that you insert into your pillow that keeps it cool all night. I'm not exactly sure how it works, but it does. It keeps my pillow cool all night long - and even warms it when it's really cold in the morning.

It's about $30 @ http://shopping.discovery.com/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?endecaSID=10DFB5C3D42C&langId=-1&storeId=10000&productId=55766&catalogId=10000

They all heat up some, but like Jenny said, go with satin pillow cases. They stay cooler & you'll spend less time flipping them over.

Also of note for both women & men, the satin causes less facial wrinkles than other materials do.

It might not be important if you don't mind aging but it's something that my grandma taught me & she looked fantastic throughout her elder life whereas others in the family that slept on things like cotton ended up with deeper creases and lines in their faces.
