Man, don't worry about any of that stuff. You have to remember that skateboards are made out of wood, and will chip and break eventually. Just go to a real skate shop, look aound, and pick your deck based on the shape. Take it down off the wall, and stand on it, and if it feels stiff and you like its shape and concave, buy it. Check with consumer reports. They gather information to help people make a decision about buying products. Since skateboard decks are quite popular I imagine that they will have some information on them.

well the only thing i can really tell u is that if it looks cheap dont get it i would recommend element,enjoi and baker
