Yes it is always good tosay you are sorry no matter who started it my husband and I always argue and sometimes I start it or he does however one of us always apologizes first.So if you started it dont wait for that person to say it first you be the bigger person and say it first.GOOD LUCK

Yes but If somone does something bad to you sorry is to easy. they should pay you restitution or be punished. Everyone just wants to be sorry without being punished and that pisses me the *** off
