First of all, I am a single mother. I have 5 children. I do not read or write English. I speak very little. I am Asian. I will tell you a little of what is going on. Police officer is interfering with private civil matters. I am being evicted from my home illegally. This officer is forcing my landlord to kick me out. Landlord refuses because there are no grounds. Officer claims the property is a nuisance. Police threaten to fine landlord. Same officer has called the City Inspector accusing my yard of being messy. Inspector found no problem. Police officer also called the local housing authority, accusing me of committing fraud. In turn, a private investigator was sent to scrutinize me. My civil rights have been violated. Officers entered my home w/o my permission twice. I was unjustly given a citation for disorderly conduct. This is the first ticket I received in my whole life. That officer also has a neighbor across the street video taping me. That neighbor has also stalked me by following my vehicle. Theofficer and neighbor email each other, phone, and talk in person. That same officer called my home from his squad car to tell me I needed to be out by Friday (which has since past). He also said the City Mayor decided I would not have a chance to dispute and I would have to move and that was it! All this stress has taken a toll on me. It has adversely affected my health. I cannot eat or sleep and I get headaches. Remember, this is just the tip of the iceberg! Please Help!!!

This is serious. Please don't be sarcastic. Do not stereotype me. FYI- I am an American Citizen. I do speak English, but not well due to my strong accent. I live in an upper middle class neighborhood. My house and yard are always clean. I have only 2 children (1&5 yrs. old) in the home. The older 3 are teens and yes, they were trouble makers but I sent them to live with family. I have proof of everything I stated. I have nothing to hide. I have stated the truth. Everything I said about the neighbor was told to me by my landlord. The landlord heard everthing from the horse's mouth (the officer). The landlord questioned the officer as to why he was doing all this, the officer had no legal grounds. He also said he would be happy to witness for me. The landlord told me to fight it. I plan to fight back. They need to know that they cannot push people around. If they get away with it now, they'll continue their witch hunt. Please help!

Get a lawyer and sue the police department:
1) 4th Amendment violation if there was a search without a warrant.
2) Stalking/Harrassment suit against, Police Department, Police Officer, Neighbor, perhaps landlord if he has participated in action.
3) Assault charges/civil suit against police officer for threats to landlord and you if you felt "threatend" or unsafe
4) Claim based on Intentional or Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress for damages suffered as a result of the officer and perhaps neighbors actions.
Find a lawyer that will take the case PRO BONO...

I hate to say that this isn't rocket science. Apparently, someone in the home is making too much noise. The way to have handled it before it got out of control would be taking steps to make sure the yard is clean and keep the kids from screaming and yelling. Additionally, this really is the responsibility of all citizens. No one wants to hear a bunch of racket all the time and no one wants to drive to their street and see a mess in the yard. It devalues things. Either get a lawyer, move, or tell the officers that you'll keep the noise level down and keep things orderly. They are your kids, after all, and your ultimate responsibility. Also, did they beat down your door and go inside or did you let them in? No matter what, it looks like you might be moving. If you can't afford an attorney, write or call the ACLU. How do you know if those officers are e-mailing, taping, talking about you on the phone, and talking in person about you? Did they tell you? Otherwise, it doesn't make any sense. I think folks should follow the rules of the community rather than put themselves through this. I know I won't get ten points but I think you are looking for trouble and they have decided to bring it your way. It's too bad for the kids.

If everything that you say is true than contact a lawyer. Your rights are being infringed upon. See what a lawyer can do for you.
If there is more to this and you are hiding something than you need to fix these problems or it will happen again. Is one of your kids a trouble maker and what does your neighbour have against you.
You also REALLY should learn English you are in an English speaking country and you have a responsibility to be able to communicate with the rest of society. Just like an American living in a foreign place to learn that language.

If your story is true and you really are doing nothing wrong then there is plenty of legal help for you, the friend who wrote the question can help you with language barrier Contact local public assistance and they will guide you in the right direction. (Learn English by the way - it's really annoying to come to America and not learn the language and start crying about Civil Rights). If your kids are a nuisance and your yard is a pigsty then you are bringing the property values down in the neighborhood. What was acceptable in your country may not be in ours. Look around - how does your house look compared to everyone else's - do you stand out as the worst house? If so then start cleaning.

First of all here in Chicago we have O.P.S. which is the Office of Professional Standards and you can file a complaint on the police officer and have the incident investigated. Second I would started keeping a record of everything and try and take pictures, video or recording of what is going on. Third I would try and contact a legal aid lawyer and they help low income people. Last but least I would not give up, good luck.

OK, I think it best you be honest and let every one know the other 90% of the story....People just don't do things like you described at random for no reason at all.
I think you left about 90% of the story out of your question for a reason. As in you know you're in the wrong for what ever it is you did to upset everyone around you.
Are you paying your rent on time?
Are your kids loud and obnoxious, are the older ones dealing dope, spraying graffiti or breaking into cars?
Do you make a lot of noise at all hours of the night?
Have you pissed off your neighbor by messing with their car or something?
Did you have an attitude problem with the police when you got your ticket?
Do you have barking dogs?
Do you have a bunch of junk in your yard?
My dear, it's so obvious that the problem here is you. No one would go through so much trouble for no reason. A cop would not jeopardize his entire career over you, you are not worth it. A neighbor would not have a cop side with them if they are just trying to make trouble for you.
You or your kids did something and you know it. You just aren't adult enough to admit here or even to your self.
My advice would be to pack up your crap and get the hell out of there and leave these people alone. And another word of advice, get on birth control or keep your legs shut.

at first, there would desire to be extra to this tale. If the pentagram is on your homestead, how did the offended neighbor see it with sufficient frequency to be offended? If there is not a regulation on your state to the alternative, the owner of the valuables isn't violating your civil rights. His supplies, his regulations. the 1st modification protects you from the federal government and the fourteenth (supposedly) extends that to the states. until eventually he's committing against the regulation on your state by potential of doing so, you haven't got any criminal status. you are able to do away with the fabric as asked or circulate.

GET A LAWYER. YOU ARE DEFINITELY BEING HARASSED. THIS A$$HOLE COP CAN'T DO THAT. HIS JOB IS TO UPHOLD THE LAW NOT INVENT THE LAW. CALL A LAWYER GO TO CIVIL COURT SUE THE CITY AND STATE. REPORT THE OFFICER TO THE POLICE COMMANDER. GO TO COURT AND GET A RESTRAINING ORDER FOR THE POLICE OFFICER AND THE NEIGHBOR. THIS IS A BAD CITATION. THE OFFICER IS OBVIOUSLY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOU. YOU MUST FIGHT BACK THROUGH THE COURTS.
DONT LET HIM GET AWAY WITH THIS. STAND UP AND FIGHT HIM IN COURT.

Talk to a lawyer to have him/her check into this. It would be nice to find a lawyer that speaks your language to be able to communicate with you more effectively and explain if any of these activities are justified.
