i personally am going to get the WII. just because of the price, ( 250 compared to 599 and 499). however, the WII looks pretty cool too, with its controller. But i might get the ps3, just not when it comes out, so that i know how its going to do. xbox 360 is pretty lame IMO, just cause its what you said,: "nothing new just wireless controllers and better graphics" so, in the end, im going for a nintendo first, and then depending on how the PS3 does, i might purchase that later.

At $250, the Wii isn't cheap, but it's still a bargain compared to the $599 PlayStation 3 and the $399 Xbox 360 Premium system.
And unlike Sony, which is only making 400,000 PS3s available at launch, Nintendo says it will ship four million Wii units by December 31st. So it's likely you'll actually be able to get one. But it's also likely that you'll be just as able to get an Xbox 360 with its more than 100 available titles by year's end. For now, only one thing's for sure: Until Sony gives us a compelling reason to buy the PS3 beyond it being an incredibly affordable Blu-ray disc player, either of these other choices is a winner.

Bottom Line, the most afforable, and sensible would be 360. All the bugs are worked out, and theres tons of games already out.

Well, Nintendo already did the gba as a controller for the game cube it didn't take off......also I think the ps3 will have great graphics but more developers are taking deeper interest in Nintendo and xbox 360 due to the fact that it's cheaper so parents are more likely to buy their children the cheaper ones and the masses will more likely buy a cheaper system so ps3 may have some great games but due to their price range if you read gaming magazines you will read more and more software companies that were making a game for the ps3 now have changed there mind to built there game for xbox360 I mean look at ps2 it did better than xbox due to it's better games not graphics ps3 is going to have better graphics but so far xbox360 is having more companies build interest and invest making games for it due to the fact that more people are likely to buy a cheaper console plus they can make their hd games cheaper on dvd's instead of blue ray discs I mean look at it this way ps3 say they are going to be 500-600 dollars then your gonna pay an arm and a leg for the games more so then xbox 360 which is 300-400 would you build a video game for a more expenstive console that will cost more to produce due to there new format and less people are going to spend double the amount of what the 360 cost or triple of probably the WII.........

At $250, the Wii isn't low-priced, even nonetheless it rather is nonetheless a lot whilst in comparison with the $599 psthree and the $399 Xbox 360 top rate gadget. and unlike Sony, that's in simple terms making 4 hundred,000 PS3s accessible at launch, Nintendo says it is going to deliver 4 million Wii units by potential of December thirty first. So it rather is probable you will certainly be waiting to get one. even nonetheless it is likewise probable which you would be in simple terms as waiting to get an Xbox 360 with its better than a hundred accessible titles by potential of year's end. For now, basically one element's for constructive: until eventually Sony supplies us a compelling reason to purchase the PS3 previous it being an rather low-priced Blu-ray disc participant, the two of those different possibilities is a winner. base line, the main afforable, and smart could be 360. each and every of the bugs are worked out, and theres numerous video games already out.

Here is the deal.
360 has Halo, Oblivian, and Project Gotham. Probabably will have the same launch titles as the PS3. It's graphic are 720p to 1080i HD.
PS3 has companies like Insomniac and Naughty Dog Developing great games for PS3. PS3 has Gran Turismo. and rumor that Oblivian might be avalible for it? Its graphic are full 1080p HD.
Nintendo has a unique controller that senses motion. It will probably have great games avalible for it such as the new Zelda game. My only fear is that Nintendo will have too many kids games being released for it. If developers want to work with the hardware it will probably have the most unique games. Graphics are most likely 480p Enhanced Definition Quality.

The Ps3 is just an overpriced machine with great graphics. WOW!!!

If your a true gamer then you should buy the Wii. It has great graphics (not as good as the ps3) but has a funner and cooler way of playing games.

Yes... well The nintendo Wii

Wii Channels
The Wii console will revolutionize how people play games. But more importantly, it will entice new players into the world of video games by offering a variety of entertainment, information and communication channels that add value to the console and make it a device that the entire family can enjoy. The Wii™ Channel Menu will be the first screen shown on the television, as it easily integrates itself as part of people's everyday lives.

Fun 3-D caricatured portraits of users, or Miis, created in this channel can be used on characters across a variety of Wii software. In addition to storing Miis on the Wii, several Miis can be stored in a user’s Wii Remote and taken to a friend’s house to play on another Wii console. Each member of the family can have his or her Wii Remote personalized with their own Mii.
This channel allows users to retrieve digital pictures from an SD memory card inserted into the Wii console and display them on their television screen. Users also can manipulate the photos in a variety of fun and creative ways, such as zooming into details or creating mosaics, puzzles or slide shows. Users can even add an MP3 tune from their SD memory card to their slide shows. It provides a fun and easy outlet for people to edit and show off their digital pictures.

Users can access free local weather forecasts after turning on the Wii console. When connected to the Internet, the WiiConnect24 service automatically updates local weather information.

Users can access the most up-to-date breaking news from around the world, organized into a variety of topical categories. When connected to the Internet, the WiiConnect24 service automatically updates this free channel.

This is where users go to download video game content, including classic video games originally played on the NES, SNES, N64, Sega Genesis and NEC TurboGrafx platforms. Here the users may buy Wii Points with a credit card or redeem a Wii Points Card purchased at retail to add points to their account, then redeem points to download these Virtual Console games. Users also can use points to download the Opera browser used in the Internet Channel.

After users download Virtual Console games from the Wii Shop Channel, each game will appear in the Wii Channel Menu as its own Virtual Console Channel. To play the game, users simply select the game's channel.

This channel dramatically changes the relationship between a user's home, the television and the Internet. Users download the Opera browser with Wii Points. Then they can surf the Internet right from the comfort of their couch. They can do quick research while watching a television program ("What was that actor's name again?"), or book travel plans and shop during commercials. The service is compatible with Macromedia Flash and also runs AJAX software.

Forget hand-scrawled notes tacked to the refrigerator door. Users can leave messages for other family members on a calendar-based message board. They also can use WiiConnect24 to send messages to people outside the home as well. Even better, people can trade photos and text messages with cell phone users. The service also allows for incoming messages targeted at software, such as a new map or weapon for a game. Games can constantly be updated, thereby extending their playability.

This channel allows users to play either Wii game discs or any of the entire library of Nintendo GameCube discs.

Wel that is what I think will be alsome aout the Wii, hope I helped.
