When I was about 13-14ish, I had an obsession with nearly everything. One year I dressed up as a hippie, with big bellbottom pants and a tie-dye shirt I made myself. Another year I made a cute pair of wings and strapped 'em onto my back and pretended to be an angel. Look for things you like, people you like, etc. and go from there.
Oh! I remember another one. When I was 15 I dressed up as the kind of person I really wanted to be. I wore a micro mini and a sports bra, I think...

hello it quite is what my little sister is doing. ok so i gave her this concept (im 14) to apply this skirt, that became from her abdomen dancer dress from final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. it is floor length and is purple and black. I advised her to tug it up so it quite is a strapless dress. she is going to purchase black fairy wings and a shrug (like a a million/2 sweater). She already has leggings, and purple lipstick and sparkly eyeshadow from final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. Tahdah! She is a depressing fairy now! All of which will value probable $20 in comparison to teen costumes that value $50. It seems shop offered, and technically is by using the fact each and every little thing is from a shop, only blended as much as make it look extra desirable. final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days her abdomen dancer dress became like $30-$40 so yeah, she is saving lots! plus it is recycling!

Buy the board game Pretty Pretty Princess and wear all the jewelry at the same time, or you can be a character from clue, I was miss scarlet last year. I basically pull all my costumes from board game characters b/c it easy and no one ever thinks of that!

last year i dressed up as a chinese girl
i went to china town and bought a traditional outfit i wore matching flats and bought those chopsticks u cna wear in ur hair and i won prize for best costume

Easy-
-straiten your hair down
-talk over face and arms
-wear black dress with chains
Then- it sound weird but-
put red lipgloss underyour eyes, and work in wrinkles with eyeliner. Put blue/green eyeshadow over lips.
It sounds stupid, but the overall effect is amazing. I used it for a play in was in playing the part of "death"
