You have an erection in the morning because you were in REM (rapid eye movement) sleep -- you were dreaming -- and not necessarily sexual dreams either. Men who are in REM sleep have erections. You woke up before the rest of your body had time to adjust, including your penis, and it was still blood gorged.

Because you are a guy and it is perfectly normal. Part of it is that you need to take a leak.
Most guys get these hards nearly all of their life. Its not only for young hot guys, older fellows get it too and its a good thing!
