Frye is the better play he has near 6 to 7 TDs this year, if not mistaken he has ran a td in each week so far. And how Cleveland can run for nothing Frye should get you 1 pass and 1 run for TD.

I would start Pennington. I know they are playing against the Colts but the colts secondary has given up a lot of yards and some scores. I just think that Frye will not do as well against the hapless raiders.

But it is almost like a toss-up.
