Great question - the answer - not sure - maybe it was worth more in creation to be able to pleasure urself then to feel a tickle from yourself. Hell if you wanna good laugh get high and watch TV - everything is funny on TV when your high!!!

Well, I think booboo (or should it be bobo?) needs to lose some of that uptight prudishness.....
