well I wouldn't suggest that product for blemished skin like myself the fragrances and other ingredients are harsh on you skin and could cause further break outs I would try doves now product line its real mild but gets the job done any thing unscented it good

I would not recommend using St. Ives Apricot Scrub. Most OTC products that are for exfoliating contain shells or glass. This is far too harsh for your face, especially if you have blemishes.
I've had trouble with acne for much of my life. I've spent tons of money on over the counter products, copays for office visits and dermatologist products. I've even had chemical peels done as well as used the horrible drug, Accutane, which I would NEVER recommend!!
Use a good skin care regime, like the Heritage Line from Nutrimetics by Avalla. You can also try the Clear Skin Line.
Definitely use an exfoliator like their Honey and Almond Scrub followed by the Mineral Masque.
Nutrimetics offers highly effective and economical products that contain no cheap fillers, harsh chemicals or petro-chemicals (e.g., mineral oil, drying alcohols, or animal by-products).
You can order online at the website listed in the source below today by entering E896670009711252C on the left hand side of the screen under Passcode.
Their products are awesome. I've used them since 2002. Good luck to you!

St. Ive's apricot scrub is great. I works better than many scrubs 3x more expensive.

I have been using it for over 10years. I found it before all the commercials. Its a great product. In the cold weather it will tend to dry out your skin, so always have some face cream on hand. I use both everyday, But in the winter you cant forget the cream, its not fun.

It's to remove dead skin cells. If you use it on acne or blemishes it will cause inflammation and redness and actually spread the bacteria.
