I would definatly say Americans. We are arrogant and at times iggnorant. As is everyone, but I think that we just take the cake. American citizens tend to think that we can do what every we want through out the world, heck bush seems to think it too.

I think china would be the most arrogant nation next to iraq. I am not saying this to be mean either.

Has to be the spams. The brits have been dealing with terrorists for years, so when the americans get a taste of what the rest of us have been getting, its all "Oh my god". Thats life. You thought you were untouchable, tough!
