Hollister would be the same (pricewise) with American Eagle and Aeropostale.
Kohl and JcPenny are dept stores so hmmm I dont know how they fit in your category.... JcPenny is not expensive at all.
As for wet seal... I would say its a moderately priced brand!
Express is fashion forward oriented, contemporary apparel and accessory styles... not bad ;-)
Of the list you provided hmmm I believe....
Express, Forever 21, and Charlotte Russe.... most stylish!
As the least expensive....... hmmmm could be Old Navy = affordable!!!
Most Expensive.... Abercrombie & Fitch? though it is moderately priced! Maybe Express then is more expensive!!!
As for what fits me best... to be quiet honest I am not so big on any of those stores!!! hmmm maybe more of Express!!! Though its not my favorite store....
Too bad I spend so much money on fashion and accessories... I like brand names too..... so Neiman Marcus and Saks 5th Ave fits me better I guess :P

I've only shopped at a few of those, but my favourites of those have to be Hollister, A&F, Forever 21, Wet Seal, Aeropostale and American Eagle. Most expensive is deifitly Hollister and A&F, but their merchendise is really good, and will last a long time. Remember, you get what you pay for. Wet Seal and Forever 21 are great stores, when you time them right. Sometimes, great stuff at good prices, and others, only the opposite. Aeropostale and American Eagle are excellent stores too! Most of my clothes are Aeropstale because of their great sales, and awsome material wear. I would only stress buying a shirt one size larger because they shrink in the wash the first time, and stay that way. American Eagle has the trendy stuff and also good prices.
So to sum it all up:
Least expensive - Aeropostale, Wet Seal, Forever 21
Most expensive - Hollister and Abercrombie & Fitch
Most stylish - American Eagle and Hollister
Fits me the best - Aeropostale and Forever 21
Hope this helps!

Forever 21 is cheap and cute and from the things I've bought there fit well. Wet Seal is very stylish and inexpensive too.
I don't know why anyone would think Kohls is expensive...I have lace camis from there that are 9$ that look just like the 25$ ones people buy at places like Hollister.
Speaking of which Hollister and A&F are by far the most expensive. I refuse to buy things there, it's such a rip off for a little moose that makes your clothes "cool"
AE has cute things too, it can be a little pricey, but they often have things on sale.
Old Navy is also moderately priced, but the fit of their clothes varies. I personally don't like the "Perfect Fit" tops. They don't fit on my waist, making me look boxy. Look for the shirts and things that say "Tiny Fit" if you're looking for clothes that that fit closely to your body.

It all depends on what you want to wear and what your frame is. A lot of the now 'in' places are tailored for really thin girls and women, whereas the department stores (JCPennys) and less expensive stores (Kohls and Old Navy) offer a variety of clothing for all shapes and sizes.
My personal opinion on Hollister is that it's expensive and cheap, I've made purchases there where, after one wash on the 'gentle' cycle, the shirt is destroyed. I wouldn't reccomend going there if you want some good, sturdy, stylish clothes. I've found that Abercrombie & Fitch is the same. If you want to be very 'in', however, I'd reccomend going to one of these stores.
Old Navy offers less expensive clothes, and during the summer I always shop there for cute tees and shorts. Their clothes are very stylish. If you're looking for more expensive clothes of the same quality, I'd say try the Gap or Banana Republic, which are all owned by the same people.
Kohls and JCPennys are good when you're looking for clothes that you don't mind getting dirty, I've noticed that their clothes are of fairly good quality and that they don't get destroyed easily. I bought a pair of shorts at Kohls over the summer that I garden in, and nothing has gone wrong with them, except for a few little grass and dirt stains! Good quality, good price!
Express is a lot like Holliser and Abercrombie & Fitch, expensive. Occasionally I've had their clothing rip, but otherwise they get a thumbs up from me. If you're looking for an office job, I'd reccoment going there and getting a nice pair of pants and cute sweater.
I haven't been in Forever 21 or Wet Seal, but I have purchased stuff from Charlotte Russe. Their clothes are fairly stylish, but, like many stylish stores out there, their clothes are tailored for the tall and skinny. You can get quite a few good deals there, but I wouldn't reccomend it to any of my friends to go bargain hunting there.
Aeropostale is okay, though I have to say that I've noticed that most of my clothes from there have shrunk. It might be the cycle I put them on, I don't know. However, the price and quality is right!
I shop alot at American Eagle, and have to say that I have no complaints. All their clothing has looked good on me, and hasn't hurt my wallet too much. They do offer human sizes, and their Aries line is very cute!
Hope this helped!

I think they are all the least expensive, as well as the most expensive. It all depends on what you are shopping for. As far as the most stylish, again it all depends on what you are looking for. Same goes for the best fit. Sometimes I can find jeans that fit better at Old Navy, and sometimes I find them at JCPennys, or even Wal*Mart. It all depends on what I am looking for! Me personally, I find it hard to find anything that fits right at Wet Seal or Aeropostale.

Well, i think Kohls, Old navy and american eagle are cheepest but Kohls's stuff isn't amazing or any thing. Old Navy is more basics, t-shirts jeans, stuff like that. American Eagle you can find at other places for cheeper so i like AE. Abercrombie and Aeropostle are the most expensive i think, although their stuff is cool it's totally over priced, i love old navy jeans cause they have slim sizes but abercrombie seems to fit nicely too. it depends what your body type is.hope i helped!
