Chile and Argentina.
Tierra del Fuego is a collection of islands at the southernmost tip of South America which are separated from the mainland by the Straits of Magellan. The western portion is part of Chile while the more eastern part belongs to Argentina.
The area is notorious for its fogs and mists caused by the cold water from the Antarctic mixing with the warmer water from further north and when Ferdinand Magellan first discovered the area in 1520 he thought mistook the fog for smoke and thought the area was on fire and named it the "Land of Fire" (Tierra del Fuego in Spanish)
[I didn't change my answer - I added to it! The thing about the fires being from lightning on Tierra del Fuego (as in Wikipedia) isn't the way I was taught it at school - the area is known for it's fog and there's also a very high rainfall so fires burning all over the island sounds a bit implausible. It is shared between Argentina (the East portion) and Chile (the West one).
The divisory line is a "vertical" (North-South) one that start at the eastern part of the Magallan strait and goes south until touch the Beagle channel. There it turns to the east.
