i have blue eyes and pale skin too too
heres what i do and it works great
apply a powder, not foundation, it looks fake and plastic and gross...powder is natural and gives you a bit of colour...
first, apply a dark brown eyeliner on the outer corner of your eye on the top lid as close to the last line as possible...
next apply a nude color up to your brow
then, apply a gold colour up to your crease line...then dust a shiny copper colour over the the gold
then, take a brown and apply in the crease, and on the tne outer corner
then take the dark brown eyeline and put in on the outer corner of your botom as close to the lash as possible, dont go half way, just the corner
now take the copper shadow and put a thin line of it under you eye...this is what really makes your eye pop!
apply two or three coats of mascara to open your eye and create beautiful lashes
now you have a smokey cat eye look
to finish off, SMILE! :-D and appkly a light blush to the apple of your cheek, dust off so its barely noticeable but you still have that beautiful rosy cheek
a light pink or clear gloss
AND THERE YA GO!
hope this helps...
for the colours i have given you try cover girls coffee shop...they are great and look beautiful against blue eyes

I have blue eyes and pale skin and I love Stila's eyeshadow in Shell and Sun. Mac's In Living Pink. Use a Dark Brown or Dark Grey eyeshadow as a eyeliner it looks better then black with blue eyes. Also use a white eyeliner pencil on the lower inside Corner (not next to your nose) of your eye it makes your eyes look wider and the color pops out!

Okay, first off-contrary to popular belief, blue shadow looks gross on blue-eyed girls. Something I've noticed looks really good on blue eyes is a really pale cream, like a light coral; a pale gold; or a light brown. Anything with subtle shimmer is welcome! And there are sections in makeup stores (heck, even in the makeup aisle of Rite Aid or Duane Read) that has stuff specifically made for different eye colors. Another idea-sometimes at Sephora's or at Department stores there will be people who can give you makeup makeovers for little or no money. They can suggest exactly what kind of color or brand you should buy. Good luck! :)

I have blue eyes, light skin, and blond hair and don't have any blue eye shadows. I avoid them like the plague.
In my personal opinion blues really are not the best colors for blue eyes. The colors that will really make your eye color stand out are brown, gold, and peach tones.
If you want to wear blue though, I would use it in small doses. Probably as an eyeliner. But never all over the eye.
Think opposite, not matchy.

i heard on a show that light or medium brown eyeliner really makes blue eyes pop, just apply to the lower eyes without over doing it and finish off the look with some subtle mascara
if you want some eyeshadow too look for a neutral color that wont take away the attention from your eyes = )

If you want your eyes to stand out, avoid blue eye makeup, it's contrasting colors that will emphasize the blue in your eyes. Try neutrals or even metallics like brown, beige, gold, or bronze. If you want a less dramatic look then you can go for soft shades of colors like blue or pink.

Layla, Almay has a new product. It is an eyeshadow, liner, and mascara that are made for specific eyecolors. The products are sold separetly and come in a day collection and an evening collection. Any drugstore or Walmart should carry them. I have brown eyes and the colors they suggested look good with my eye color. Good luck.

If you want drugstore makeup I suggest the Almay look. They have all the corresponding liner, mascara, shadow and foundations for each skin type and color. It takes the guess work out of finding the right color for you.
And the products are nice. They apply evenly and dont crease like other products. They are of good quality and definatly worth the $$.

Have you tried the almay blue eye color line. It works great I don't have fair skin but is not dark either and that works great for me. But it is a little on the pricey side. Either that or a dark purple on the bottom part of the lid and a light purple on the upper part of the lid

My daughter is the same - pale skin, very pretty blue eyes. Her best color is a very, very light - almost invisible blue. I think it's called "butterfly kisses" from Maybeline. It's very light blue, almost a blue/green - and it's very subtle. I think it also has a little "sparkle" or glitter in it.
