if you have a yahoo account, log in, click on COMPOSE, then on the right side of the screen, click on SEND AN ECARD. or go to www.oofun.com they have REALLY funny ones...

If using windows xp launch microsoft task manager in the microsoft works you will find card,flyers,etc which you can then personalise with the word processor the email
