My mouse scroll wheel doesn't work right for some reason. When I roll it to scroll it scrolls but only after i roll it like 50 times, and eben when I do that it skips through the whole page, i tried uninstalling it and everything, setting the wheel speed, what am i doing wrong, and how should I fix it. I dont have the CD that came with it, and i never used it either.

You should be able to download the mouse driver from the manufacturer's web site. That should be done. Random problems with it skipping are usually fixed when you reboot from power off. I sometimes see this at work.

Try cleaning the inside of the mouse. Remove the ball and clean the wheels inside. Use a q-tip to do this. Replace the ball and see if that helps.
