i moved away from the only home i knew and started school in a new place. i left my best friend behind when i first moved we use to write to each other all the time. the letters stoped coming so much and they stoped coming at all. i found out that she had and baby and got married but i was not invited to the wedding. i found out about it after she got married. I finally got to see her a few weeks ago and i met her baby for the first time. so my question is do you think i was being used.

No. I just think that people grow up and eventually have to move on. It's not that she didn't want you to know or be there it was just a big step for her. and you a real friend you would understand at least you got a chance to see her again and I think that was the perfect time to ask why she didn't tell you about the baby or the wedding and I'm sure she had good reason why.

I don't think that you were being used, distance separates people, not only by miles but in relationships as well. It seems that she went on with her life and has a new lifestyle now. I'm sorry that the two of you grew so far apart.

not so much. she might have had too much on her hands to sit down and write you a letter or call. i know, sounds harsh, but did she give you any reason to why she did not stay in contact? or did she marry someone that she might think you did not approve of or something along those lines??
