I understand your question, he was being tried for impeachment with the sex scandal thing. I'm not to sure if a sitting president can be impeached twice. or tried twice.
That had proven to me that there was WMD's in Iraq, at certian point in time.

He bombed them (successfully) to deny them the ability to manufacture WMDs (over Republican objections - just like they fought him in his fight to get Bin-Laden).

Uh, actually, I got that because I actually bothered to read the whole thing...and I'm a Republican! Contrast that to the liberal comrade who pulled one fact out of the 9/11 report (jet fuel burns at a lower temperature than steel melts) and concluded right-wing conspiracy...And they say liberals are supposed to be so much more intelligent than conservatives?!?!!
