Why can there be a BET (black entertainment television) and a black forum, but there can't be anything like that for whites?

For the same reason you will probably be reported for this question. Blacks are held to a lower standard. What ever they say or think is OK because of that. Whites are held to a higher standard. They are always racist (unlike Blacks) and are always keeping the Black man down. Ever hear of a hate crime by a Black against a White? If you have, let me know.
You might want to add to you question something about Black Universities, Black studies, Kwanzaa holidays.and Black History Month.

The reason there is not a white specific T.V. channel is because by default EVERY other channel is a "White" channel. When there are 5000 "white" channels having one "black" channel is disproportional. The question should not be why there is a "black" channel but why there are not a whole lot more. (the answer to that is racism and oppression)
