Yes it should.
FU*K the R.I.A.A. and all the whining little rich band members like Lars from that gayt band metallica, who BTW sold out their own music as well as the people who download music!

firstly as others have said - p2p is totally legal while some of the content is not
i believe that you should be able to download copyright material but in a lesser format / resolution (try before you buy)
if the descriptions given to the film were more accurate you would be able to make an informed choice but every film released is the best this of the year and the scariest that ever - you then go out and spend 15 -20 £ on it and its shite, then after 3 months (if it is a film you enjoy) they bring out an extented directors cut version and try to make you buy it again
i think we all know who the real theives are

Hi There,
I think in Theory P2P file sharing is a Great Idea.
Un fortunately the Big Record companies & studios don't.
They think they are missing out on their Big Fat Royalty Cheques.
But more &more things are coming out like youtube.com and
others.
The other drawback is Viruses picked up from certain File
Transfers.

P2P file sharing software is legal in the US and most western countries.
What is illegal, even in canada ;-), is the sharing of copyrighted materials such as songs and movies.

only if you're not sharing copyrighted works, or if you are, there has to be a way to make a payment to the copyright holder.
