My husband is extremely hard to shop for. If there is anything that he ever wants, he just goes out and buys it for himself. I really need some creative ideas that shows thought, but at the same time wont break the bank. It needs to be something specially for him because when I bought a video camera for his B-day, he accused me of buying it for myself. So now the camera sits in a bag in the corner of the bedroom....collecting dust instead of memories.

Well...I know this will probably sound corny to you BUT your husband is hard to shop for I'd say give him small gifts for the different men in him. (these gifts would help you not break the bank) Example. Silk socks for the well dressed man that he is. Tickets to a favorite team's game for the sportsman in him. Sexy lingerie, you in a big red ribbon or whatever he floats his boat for lover in him and the final big money item would be an American Express gift card for the Mystique of him and let him buy his own gift. There girl you're all done!

Geeze. I'd tell him to MAKE A LIST, and let you get something on it that he wants.

How about an amazon.com gift certificate so he can buy books and music HE will read/listen to?

Does he fish? How about a pair of waders?

Men love their vehicles. Why not buy accessories and maintenance supplied. I did this for my father. He loved the fun stuff and appreciated the practical stuff.
