If we had another hurricaine season like 2005 or worse, could you see yourself living in any other state? I couldn't!

I think you are referring to the season of 2004. I we would have another bad season such as that one, you would have seen tens of thousands opf people leaving this hell hole. Already people can't afford the mortgage, insurances on their homes. Many home owners insurance policies have been cancelled because the companies refuse to insure them. I think it says alot about a state where the elite living on the coasts in their multi-million homes, are allowed to rebuild in the highest risk areas, and all of the citizens have to pay more because of them. I say no homes within a mile of the coastlines, and insurance premiums decrease the further inland you go. And there should be caps on how much you can insure for. No multi-million dollar coverage. I would think five hundred thousand would be enough. If you loose more than that, then thats just too bad, maybe you had too much stuff. If I got the right job offer, I would leave this pit of a state tomorrow. It's nothing but a swamp with convience stores, bums, criminals and conmen.

I live in Texas but my mom lives in Florida. Lakeland in fact. I can't believe what I've been seeing on the news for the Tampa area in regards to shootings & such. Put that together with incliment weather & I'm really wishing she lived here instead.
