I think there is a very real possibility that this person is telling the truth. Working in an admissions office at my university, it becomes very clear what stands out to admission counselors.
Extraordinary grades and test scores are in reality not that outstanding. They see many people with perfect grades and test scores, more than they can accept usually.
Stellar academics then becomes a qualifier, but not a guarantee to acceptance. Why this guy stood out is because of the potential he showed. He demonstrated leadership and extraordinary ability before it was even honed by schooling. Imagine how excited the admissions counselors were thinking what somebody with natural talent like this could accomplish, and then take some credit.
HOWEVER,
This guy graduated from business school. Nothing against business, I study it myself, but it would make perfect sense to capitalize on such as story to earn money.
This was an extraordinary person, not an extraordinary formula. Universal formulas never really exist. I believe the mention of fatal flaws is merely a scare tactic, one more hook.
Maybe take a lesson from the accomplishments he made, and find a similar drive within yourself. I doubt, however, that this toolkit can do it for you.
Good luck

be prudent. any offer that asks you for money in exchange for more info is more likely a scam.
