Not sure if Sebastian is the first name for the unborne baby or for your son, however; a boys name should carry him from a boy to a man. Be cute but strong at the same time. I like Sebastian and I also like names like Aidan, Caden (my sons name), Brandon, Jason, Luke, Benjamin, Samuel, Seth.
If its a middle name your looking for, since the first name is long, I would go for something with one or two syllables like James or Luke. My kids middle names are names of family members. Maybe you can make a list of your immed and extended family members and see if one catches your eye.
Hope those help and/or give you some other ideas. Good Luck and Congrats

I love this name. Years ago (when I was 19) my boyfriend's name was Sebastian. I used to call him "Sabi" for short.
His name was : Sebastian Joseph
Have a lovely rest of the day. Congratulations on the coming birth of Sebastian and the birth of your first son.

Our Sebastian is Sebastian Jasper. :)
How many syllables is your last name? I think that can really affect the rhythm and flow of a name.
