pc phone calls?

the area code I was given when I signed up for pc phone calling is from an other state are the calls long distance if some one calls me that lives in the same town I live in and they call from a land line or cell?

You'll have to look at your next phone bill to be sure but it sounds like the calls might be long distance...if this is the case I would call the phone company and complain. You definitely should not be charged for long distance if you're calling your best friend the next street over! No way!
