Besides getting paid,getting respect and not feeling replaceable.

If it doesn't have a GREAT health insurance plan, I won't work there. I also expect at least 21 days of vacation time a year (with a minimum of 14 paid).

health, 401(k) and education assistance, paid time off (vacation, sick personal days). Those are the most important one for me.
