In The Original Trilogy, not many other chicks got airtime.
As for actual Rank, Mon Mothma was one of the leaders of the entire Republic, although more of a diplomat than a warrior. She got a few minutes airtime in RotJ abord the Mon Calamari cruiser when the squad leaders were being debriefed.
Other than that, though, honestly there's nothing within the Trilogy. If you look within the same timeline I'm sure you'll find alot burried within, but not shown in the movies -- perhaps covered by the books. I know there to have been quite a few female bounty hunters, for instance.
