This is a verizon problem. You can disable MotiveSB. Exe In the Startup group under msconfig. Hope that takes care of it. (click on "Start", then click on "Run", type in "msconfig" and click on "Browse", goto the "startup" tab and uncheck "MotiveSB.exe" and click "ok" or "apply" then restart your comp)
