It's not exactly Biblical prophecy, but the Da Vinci Code is essentially a light weight version of Umberto Eco's Foucault's Pendulum. Eco's The Name of the Rose (set in the Middle Ages) is also about lost books and secret knowledge. They're tough books, but reward the effort.

Angels and Demons by Dan Brown is excellent. I thought it was better than The Da Vinci Code.

Brad Meltzer has a new fiction book out called The Book Of Fate about mysterious facts buried in Masonic history and a code invented by Thomas Jefferson. It looks promising. I've read other books by him and have never been let down.

Enjoy!

I’m 14 and look at the e book some years in the past. i desperate i had to envision it because of the fact all of my kin and so on had examine it and suggested it became into rather fairly solid. To be trustworthy, i stumbled on it slightly boring on the initiating (yet it rather is a youthful reader’s opinion). I have been given previous the a hundred internet site mark and it became rather staggering and gripping. in simple terms all that unexpected stream in the e book… it follows a common Harvard college Professor who’s been unexpectedly accused of a few rather strange homicide on the Louvre. Then of course, there’s somebody to help him get out of the region and alongside the form, resolve unbroken codes from the Renaissance set by potential of Da Vinci himself. and by each and every of the crime and secret, you have have been given the French Police chasing when you. i stumbled on the e book does instruct you some thing. it rather is an grownup fiction adventure; even nonetheless it’s readable for any smart teen. It additionally gives you extra of an awareness on Renaissance paintings and the Bible. even nonetheless I alert you, lots of the flaws that Dan Brown says are 'fact' are surely 'fiction.' working example, he says fairly for sure that the 'Priory of Sion' (a secret enterprise who's objective is to guard the blood line of Christ) exists... um, no... it by no potential did, and it by no potential will. In some factors the e book is rather imprecise in terms of historic previous, yet in different factors it rather is rather precise. i'm a Catholic and my Church says I shouldn't examine it, yet to end... I enjoyed it! -Tim :]
