Are you divorce now? if you are not there is no problem.... you need to contact people who can help you with this matter... filled out all necessary forms...
there is two things you can do... go to www.uscis.gov... that's immigration web site... you can read how can i bring my wife or fiance to live in the USA....start getting all papers ready..
you are going to need a copy of your marriage license original and translation, copy of your three last income taxes, a letter from you work...like a proof of employment... showing your position, how long have you been working there, how much and how do you get paid....
go to www.uscis.gov and read about it... so you can know more

Lets see if I got this straight, did you say you got married to her five years ago, but do not reside together? Do you live in peru or US. If in US apply with ICE to get a K-1 visa, if in peru, go to the U.S. Consul and apply there for a K-1 visa, lots of proof will be needed. buena suerte! Or short cut it, you can do like the Mexicans (K-1), smuggle her in, take her to the nearest INS Center turn your self in, prove she is your wife, get an Order to Show Cause and a Own Recognisance release pending court date.

This will be a huge problem with INS. This is what you do. Take your Peruvian friend to Canada first. Go to the border checkpoint at Idaho. Go into U.S. People that work and live in Idaho are idiots. Just tell them that she is Mexican. They will kiss her butt, and let her through with no problems at all.

You will probably need to prepare to answer to INS why you didn't live together for last 5 yrs, and why you want her to come now to US. Other than that, you may want to visit the USCIS site for more details (link below)

You really need to go to the UNICS website and get the 1-800 number and find out from the "pros" what you need to do.
