Get some cool wash clothes and put them on your forehead, armpits and stomach - that brings temperature down, change as needed ( advice given after suffering heat exhaustion / heat stroke). Take some aleve or Tylenol cold and flu with some giner ale (Vernors) and some saltine crackers. Not a Dr. just a mom

Paracetomol gives relief, but the best thing is a good night's sleep and plenty of water, and don't go out until you are free of the virus! Hope you feel better soon.

paracetamol will take the temperature down and drink hot lemonade as this gives you vitamins, stops you dehydrating and with it being hot, it helps sweat it out of you. Good luck

COLD WASH CLOTHES BEHIND NECK FOREHEAD BOTTOM OF FEET.... AND JUST LAY WITH THIN SHEET OR BETTER WITH OUT. THERAFLU OR TYLENOL...
GINGER-ALE IS REALLY GOOD FOR THE STOMACH OR 7 UP IF YOU PREFER TASTE...CRACKER BUT I PREFER LAYS PLAIN CHIPS LIGHT AND SALTY..LOL YES I AM WEIRD BUT JUST NIBBLE FOR THE SALT... HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER...WHEN I CAUGHT IT A FEW MONTHS BACK. I HAD TO JUMP IN THE SHOWER COOL WATER ... I WAS BURNING UP....BUT THAT WAS ME... I DID HAVE HELP BECAUSE I WAS QUIT WEAK BUT I DID FEEL BETTER AFTER...I THEN CONTINUED THE WASH CLOTHES....

I would let i t run it's course..I know you feel miserable but getting a fever actually means that your body is fighting off the infection..Just drink a lot of clear liquids..Good Luck and hope you feel better
