can someone tell me all the best emulators for each system, just write the system and right next to it write the emulators name and if u can where i can get it, oh yah and the best place to get rom

snes: Zsnes(Advanced) Snes9x( Beginner)
GBA: VirtualBoyAdvance
there are so many sites for this stuff to get it from just google for roms or emulators.

The best I know is VisualBoyAdvance which is an Emulator for Gameboy Advance.
