I just had one of those....it takes them 30 minutes to get to the point and 1.5 seconds to say the number.....ug!.....I had to listen to it 3 times to get it down.....

Perhaps they think their time is up or close to up so in a sudden burst of closure they cram it in before the voice mail cuts off.

OMG SO SO SO true!!!
THEN you have to replay it a few times and have to listen to the WHOLE anoying message just to frantically write down half the number and re listen to it for the rest!!!!

They know their phone number so well, they just rattle it off and expect that will be enough. Pisses me off too.
