why the bruise?

my leg started hurting really bad last night. Woke up this morning and my knee is bruised little swollen..blood clot?

Do you play sports? my friends play sports and that happens to them a lot. Or you might have hit your self? and I have also heard that people who have aids some times get bruiseses for no reason.

Maybe you hit your leg on something and just didn't realize it. I do that all the time.
