I would start with a degree in Environmental Science.....maybe a second major or minor in Biology.
If you can get a summer internship with a company in the field, it's always a great idea!

As Horomnizo... said, you need "Environmental Systems", Biology and a goood understanding of how environments work.
THe most important thing is to love the environment. You can not be an Environmentalist is your main goal is life is to destroy what you protect. You need to have a passion like how Steve Irwin protects Australian wildlife and habitats. If you have a passion to protect the planet like STeve, you are all good.
