Very sick people under the influence of drugs will do this. A very old woman may look entirely different to some-one un-usually high on dope, they will not see an old lady as you and I will see her. I agree that is a terrible crime ; one of the many reasons why we should teach our children to say " no" to dope.

I read the article in my local paper earlier this afternoon. How dare the police hide his identity, because they fear for his safety! What about that poor lady who has to live with this awful memory for the rest of her days.
I say castrate the bastard and chop off his hands to, so that he will not be a menace to any one else for the rest of his days.
