I have 90k miles on a 2001 Integra and it's never been in for a regular servicing, I've just done brakes, tires, etc. as it's needed them. What types of things would you expect it to need when I bring it in? Also, there is no Acura dealer nearby, so my choices are a Honda dealer, a Sears type garage or a local spot. What's the best choice?

You really need to be concerned about the timing belt that would probably be the part most in need of servicing the honda dealership would also be the best place for repairs since most of the parts for an 01 Acura are available there should not be any problem getting the parts

At 90k you need to do the timing belt and water pump. This is a must. The rest oil change, etc will be in your service manual.
