This is a question of a friend of mine:
She exercises every day to have a beautiful body,
But she still has a little problem for shaping her hip.
It is not like she has a fat hip, no, but her hip is not as firm and in shape as she likes.
She needs to get some advices how to exercise to make her body as perfect as possible.
