Where can I find a site that shows local motels..NOT chain hotels?

Looking for an inexpensive stay. I don't mind the Chuckwagon Inn style of places

Type on "motels in ***" what ever area you're looking for and super yellow pages or something similar will come up. Most of your non-chain ones won't have a website but it will give you the address and the phone number to call.

TripAdvisor.com is pretty good.
