You need some anti spyware/anti virus tools. And this is going to take you a long time to accomplish erasing your tracks, just to let you know. Go here http://www.download.com and get these:
Ad-aware SE, Spybot S&D, and Zerospyware LE. Also, go to http://www.trendmicro.com and ue 'House Call' (free virus scan/removal) and scan for free with Trend Micro Anti Spyware. Use all of these methods and it should do the trick.
And finally, stay off the porn sites, Jr. They're not worth it.

lol thats pretty funny. i would download SpyBot Search and Destroy. It should most likely find the source of the girl and delete it from your comp.

Just uninstall the program.
Go through your add/remove programs from the control panel.
