It isn't the scars I can see that worry me; they're just old news, and it's easy to accept that they belong to the life she led before me.
It's the scars I can't see that might give me cause for concern.
I certainly wouldn't live with anybody who continued to do that to themselves whilst a part of my own life, no matter how nice they may be in other ways.
I just don't need that sort of emotional baggage.

Can I answer even tho I'm a girl. LIke if it was a guy who you described?
I'd want him to get help but I'm not the one to give it. I would run as fast as I could.
Self mutilation is an obvious sign of a lot of internal pain and suffering. Time to get help before getting a relationship.

I think that unless the girl gets some therapy or counseling for self mutilating behavior, she wouldn't be ready to date. She might want to get through her "unfinished emotional business" first. After all, if she stops cutting then her scars will eventually heal...

That should've answered your own question. If she's scarring herself, all the beauty in the world isn't gonna mask the issues she NEEDS to deal with. Do you really want to deal with all of that drama?
You can be a friend and support her while she's dealing with all this, but it wouldn't be in your best interest to be a boyfriend right now. Good Luck!

From a girls point of view...
I would get to know her a little better maybe,
I used to do that back when I was depressed, but a new group of friends pulled me out of that rut, so I'm not that way anymore, but I still have the scars.
That might be her case.
Good Luck

If you love her you would want to understand her more and learn about why she does what she does. It is an addiction and she needs help and if you love her you will tell her it is ok and help her find the help she needs and not look at the scars as something that is nasty. If anything you should help her heal the scars she carries within herself.

Perhaps the love and support of a caring, sensitive and loving man would help her overcome the issues that caused her to make this occur.
You should date her, not everything is cut and dry in life.
Good Luck!

I evaluate it purely relies upon on the character. i've got on no account been with any guy or woman with a genital piercing. If a guy or woman turns me on besides, i don't see the way it is going to harm. I evaluate out of them all of the frenum piercing seems the surprising. yet it is in basic terms a private opinion.

Well I'm not a guy but i would think that she may have had some personal problems and may not have known how to handle it so she cut her self ... but as long as she is not doing it now i would still be willing to give it a chance.

Yes, that would be a problem, because it suggests mental issues.
Maybe if there were a story to go with it, about how the damage was done during a troubled period in her past, and how she had overcome those problems (perhaps with professional help), that would help to alleviate my concerns about becoming involved with her.
