Why do most women shave pubic hair off?

Most younger women I know do. I do because it is cleaner, fresher, sexier and expresses my womanhood.

Yeah, everyone (men and ladies) should tame that stuff to some degree. If you like having pubic hair, just cut it down a bit. It looks nicer! Ask whoever you have prowling around down there if they don't think it's better with a little grooming. ;-)

I think may women do it (including myself) because it makes them feel cleaner and fresher especially around that time of the month... besides my husband loves it! there are some doctors who don't recomment it b/c the hair actually prevents germs from getting in, kinda like a net. i think its all a matter of preference. but rest a sure when you do shave it off, for the forst couple of days it itches like hell!!!!!

I would think because of hygiene. I do it my mom does my cousin does it and my friends do it. It just makes us femmales more feminine ,not like men who dont shave pubic areas. But it makes us smell better and feel cleaner.

I can't speak for all women but I do for a number of reasons - because I feel more clean and fresh for a longer period of time after showering, I don't get any bad odors, it looks nice and neat, it is much less mess for that special time of the month.

there are a number of reason.i personally do it so when you are in your tiny bikini you don't have hair poking out.Also, when a man finds out your shaved, he'll go crazy.
