What are some skills needed to be a reporter?

-be able to betray those in harms way in a war zone- wearing a smile
-show bias and play "softball" when interviewing democrats

-get in the way in a war zone and give secrets to the enemy
-have little or no character
-abandon all decency
-be able to stick a microphone in the faces of those who just
suffered severe loss ( while smiling )
-when election results aren't going your way..with-hold them
-must be able to read the news with the outcome that you envision ( don't let truth interfere with a good story )
-When all else fails , lie ..and stick to it .

Hi. In my opinion you need to be honest, a good listener and a good communicator. You need to be passionate about writing (if you intend to be a print journalist) and be able to deal with people at all levels in society. Good luck.

You have to be really quick with your words and know what to ask. You have to be a good people person too.

yes you need to be sharp, should have a good command over the language, need to be bold,witty, and ready to face criticism.....
should have a different perspective to view things coz ....
