OH dear!!! You didn't pay for it did you????? If you did, either go back and demand a refund because that was NOT what you asked for or ask for who her supervisor is and complain to them. The most they can do if they can't refund the money is they have to promise next hair cut is free on them. Then never ever go there again.
Same thing happened to me...It was such a bad hair cut that I literally had 5 bald spots and had to go out and buy a wig! Needless to say I was livid.
Good luck

They do it all the time on Judge Judy and Judge Joe Brown!
I would imagine if you can prove negligence, showing that they truly didn't know what they were doing or just disregarded the kind of haircut you asked for, then you probably have a case.

I've seen people sue for exactly that. Go to small claims court and make sure that you have photos and everything.

This is exactly what is wrong in the courts today. Idots like you want to sue over any little thing. Don't go back to that shop and consider it a lesson learned, ya moron!

I'm sure you can try but is it really worth it? I'd go talk to the manager, give her a piece of your mind and see what they can do.
