Physically? I hate saynig this, but it helps if you are attractive. Plain and simple truth.

You need to be able to type...or at least write longhand.
You must also be able to talk. You'll do a lot of interviewing--either by phone or in person.
Most important: YOU MUST BE ABLE TO LISTEN.

If you can do all those things, you've passed the physical :-)

yes you have to have a degree in journalism and prolly a degree in writing also
