Not sure what you're asking - does the keyboard work (press Tab and do you see different items highlighted)? If the keyboard is working and the mouse isnt then it's down to your mouse.

If things are generaly slow it could be you machine needs a clean up. You may need to free up some disk space. It's hard to know without more details.

You say 'Now the cursor sticks..'

Does this mean you have made changes to something?

Else...you may want to boot into Safe mode and check Device manager for any unknown devices.
Maybe your graphics driver?

Have you run Windows Update of late?

you need to do some maintenance on your puter ... you know how?
delete unwanted files bogging down your memory
search for spy-ware
do a fragmentation
unload unwanted trial programs
